Our New York office has moved to 14 Penn Plaza at the end of August 2023. Our new office is located on the 20th floor (Suite 2020) of the building, which is between 34th Street and 35th Street, west of Seventh Avenue, and adjacent to Pennsylvania Station and Madison Square Garden.
Our Firm has been engaged by Pei Partnership Architects LLP as its outside general counsel with the responsibilities of handling all of the routine legal matters of the world-renowned architecture design Firm. The Firm is owned by the family of Ieoh Ming Pei, famed as “the Last Master of Modernism” of architecture design and generally recognized as the foremost architect of the Chinese-speaking world.

* Our firm represented nearly 300 EB-5 investors in negotiating with the EB5 project companies they invested in for purpose protecting their immigration interest (obtaining green cards) and their capital investments in the project companies.
